Before attending medical school, Dr. Sulkowski worked for five years as an athletic trainer in collegiate athletics, professional sports, and Olympic sports festivals. He was in medical practice in Knoxville, TN and Savannah, GA prior to coming to Murfreesboro in 1998. He has been married to his wife, Julie, for over twenty years. They have one daughter in high school and three sons who attend middle school, elementary school, and preschool. They spend the majority of their free time supporting their children’s education and activities by volunteering at their schools, coaching their sports teams, and attending band events. Dr. Sulkowski participates in a variety of recreational sports, but his real passion is golf. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He volunteers his time doing sports physicals for Rutherford County and St. Rose Athletics. The Sulkowskis are active members of St. Rose.
Dr. Sulkowski provides comprehensive family medical care. He takes care of the acute and chronic medical needs of the whole family, from infants to adults. He also provides well checks, GYN exams, immunizations, school and sports physicals, joint injections, skin lesion removal, and other minor skin surgeries.
