Dr. Andrews and Dr. Rickard were married in 1978 and have shared a practice in Murfreesboro since 1981. They are proud of their children: Dorsey who is a medical resident at Vanderbilt, David who is a Microsoft employee, and Katie who is a French teacher. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys gardening with her husband. As an advocate for education, she feels privileged to serve on the Murfreesboro City School Board. She is a national speaker and mentor for others interested in electronic medical records and quality. Family Practice Partners has been featured several times in national publications for its state-of-the-art use of computerized records. Most of all, she feels privileged to care for patients in all stages of life and feels they are a part of her family.
