This page is designed to help you find your way around our web site.  To access online services, click on the service you need to the left of the medal (just under the Family Practice Partners title on the blue background).  For information about your health, our practice and our doctors, click on a title on the left (the background is white).  Established patients may create a web account and new patients may pre-register after they have an appointment.

  • Online Services To use our online services, click on the link to the left of our practice medal.  If you are a current patient, Create an account then access My Patient Page.  You can make an Online Housecall and access excellent Patient Education and Health Information links.  New patients will be directed to Registration to pre-register.  Patients access their charts and message the nurse for refill requests, questions and appointment requests through Webview.  
  • Useful Health Information We've gathered patient handouts, selfcare advice, and links to reliable internet sites to help you improve your health.  This information is just a guide.  Please contact us either through this site or call us if you have a health problem or question you are concerned about.
  • Practice and Physician Information Our site has a list of insurances we accept, frequently asked questions,  information about our doctors and staff, as well as practice news.  Just click on the buttons to the left to access these pages.
  • WebView Signing up for Webview allows you to see your chart and to message your nurse over the internet with simple questions, requests for prescription refills and to set up appointments with your doctor.  There is a $15/year charge for one person, $25/year for a family.  Learn how to use Webview:
